If he borrows money from you, you have given him money. If you cancel that debt by giving him your wow account then you have given him both your money and your wow account. Therefore you have paid him to take your wow account.

Its the day after it was made, i still need to get it redrawn(lack of better word) and you will notice that theres small places where the colors doesnt reach the outline, which is because there was blood when i had it made. :o
