here is an idea; don't waste your time becoming a "pro" at any game. It's not worth it. Just play a game and have fun doing it.

But if your going to try it then waiting for Quake 4 is the best way. Hundreds of others will be doing the same thing so good luck.

i remember the makers of pk specificully said something like this: "we are aiming for a fast paced action game, there's not even a crouch key!"

depends on some basic things really, if you want money --> CS:S or maybe PK.

a duck function would promote a slower gameplay. it is at least the argument as to why you can't duck.
