No hate tbh. Its just that one of the most common bias towards CS in general is that its played mostly by kids so I thought that the poll - more or less confirming that bias was kind of funny :)

Tbh, most of the CS sites (swedish ones atleast) are generally infested with 'kids', I think that in general the older ones don't make that much of a fuzz or bother about it, they just enjoy the game :)

My dad gave me Quake and a 28.8 modem when I turned 14. Those were the times. Still remember when he took the modem from me after paying that fat bill. Though I got it back and then of some strange reason there were no more high bills after that... heh. I was even dialing up for free. Very strange.

And again, as far as i know, a fjortis has nothing to do with the age. there is lot's of fjortisar in the quakecommunity aswell (including me). quakers just think they are so much better/hardcorer/whatever than cs:ers. :(

most of the cs:ers _never_ say anything on pcw's and/or cw's other than gl/hf/gh or such. quake3 today (atleast where i play) is MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH worse. they whine pretty much every time someone frags them

Got it re explained some day on irc after that, and learning danish stabilized it (14->fjorten) :D
