It's simple. PK 1.1 patch is the official english version. PK 1.1 Polish patch with no servers running is not the official version.

Dreamcatcher, the main distributor are sitting on the patch not releasing it for whatever reason. This means that the patch has yet to be released...

Stop wasting my time, the polish patch is as official for the real game which sells for 40 euros and not 4 as the 0 servers running it. The fact that you're required to download it from bit torrent says a lot as well :)

The polish patch is the official patch from PCF and released through the polish distributors, it's the exact same one that was sent to DC by PCF but didn't pass QA due to bugs (and they're updating it to 1.15).

So this bet is flawed... official 1.1 WAS released, but only the polish language version, and there will never be an english 1.1. So everyone who bet on any of the options will lose their money?

It's not exactly the same seeing as it was polish...
The fact remains that 1.1 was never officially released by dreamcatcher. I'm not going to explain the same thing over and over again. This thing is done with and the patch was delayed. 1.1 polish was never seen as an official release. It's as simple as that. Get over it.

Melachi, the polish 1.1 which was officially released through the polish distributor Dobra Gra (DC are the official distributor in other countries) was exactly the same one as the international 1.1 that DC were going to release (but found it to be too bugged), the only difference being the language (hence the .txt file which translated it into the international 1.1 patch).

There was no clarification in the bet that it was only a patch released through a certain distributor, or in a certain language. Like has been stated already, the contents of the patch were the same.

So by your logic, even the people who bet on the 3rd option are losers, because there never will be an international language 1.1 patch for PK released through DC.

You have since clarified that you meant the international 1.1 patch released through DreamCatcher, which means that everyone would lose money on the bet, because what occured wasn't included as an option (i.e. the patch will never be released), which is fine. Or it would be, if you weren't being contradicted by the results which would appear to be declaring the third option as the winner.

The fixture got fucked over by an unexpected turn of events. 1.1 was infact NEVER RELEASED to the eyes of people who aren't polish. It should be fucking self evident that it refers to 1.1 international release. 99.9% of the people who aren't polish didn't even know that there would be seperate releases for polish people.
In the end it got fucked over by unlikely events days after it had been cashed out.
Unlucky, but nothing will be done because theres NOTHING at stake. LIKE I SAID, BETTING WILL BE RESET SOON AND IT HAS NO IMPORTANCE THAT IT WAS FUCKED OVER. It'll stay like this as a prime example of how shit DC are handling PK.

There is nothing wrong with the bet being un-winnable, I never said there was, I merely stated that that was the case.

Perhaps I misunderstood your posts, but I got the impression that you were not accepting the fact the bet was un-winnable (you have now though) which is where 'principles' came in. Chill :p
