i dont mind invite only cups but at least make an open qualifier during the week so the two teams who win semifinals go ahead into the invitational one or something like this.

it is indeed sad given that the state of the game is still transitioning and 2v2 was never intended to be the competitive mode... yet we have full retarded ellitism already... very quake, much afps, esport ready.

2V2 fucking sucks but I don't think id have enough competent people to make a standard 4V4 mode work either. Just look at TDM in any other Quake, then look at TDM in QC.
