I'm not really a camera guy to be honest. I liked the Panasonic camcorder that I tried a few years ago, but mainly the 1080p 60fps performance and quality, had pretty good stabilisation. No idea really though on other offerings.

So, how do you like it thusfar nvc? Input Lag, Colours, Lightboost/overdrive, gaming performance.

I decided to send it back. It's an absolutely amazing monitor in every way and I love the clarity of 1440p at 24", but without having the actual signal processing delay value, or an OSD setting to "reduce input lag" - even if it did nothing lol - I could not shake a feeling it was higher than my usual monitor. It should be low because g-sync, it was low, I just don't know how low compared to my normal. Call it possibly placebo! :)

165Hz was a noticable improvement over 144Hz and it's the clearest in-motion display that I've used outside of activating motion blur reduction technology. I miss it already! :)

Then the sole reason you sent it back is because you couldn't have an absolute accurate measurement on the input lag?

he said he had the feeling the input lag was higher then his normal monitor (but could not prove it by hard numbers at the time)

ye, I read the same in multiple forums about gsync/freesync adding input lag. Didnt see any data on it though.
