One day you will look back, and realize that many ideas about music one forms during teen age, is actually dictated mostly by random conditions (an older brother, a friend, an active scene where you live). You then have all these 'hardcore' groups very keen in stating how their music is superior, while in fact, had the individuals lived somewhere else the brutal death metal guy may have become a psy-techno punk or a rapper, and vice versa. It's all silly stances really.

What one realizes later is that music can help defining a theme better, and there's good stuff in most kind of music. When it comes to splattering enemies with a rocket launcher though, I'm sorry but the spot is taken by Metal, end of discussion.

Dark and yellow is fully intentional, it was just a couple of scenes where it is borderline green/yellow instead of yellow/orange... but it's not that much of a deal.

This morning DOOM alpha code comes in, I download the game and start playing...

30-ish minutes later i close the fucking thing, go to DOOM Alpha forums, and there i find HORDE of kids defending slow movement, low FOV and the other things that are in the current state of the game.
(lets just say that after 20 years DOOM/Quake game feels slower than UT game...)

I rushed here, and played IMPERATOR 5 times in a row.
