I have a G402 which I've got as a replacement for my dead G400 from logitech... it's brand new.
I'd like to trade it for an FK1 or G303 in good condition.
I currently reside in Slovakia sooo.... nearby countries preferred like Hungary, Austria, Cech Rep., Ukraine ...etc. to keep shipping costs down.
Thanks for the nice reception, so far nobody contacted me regarding the mouse though.
I even posted it on the local craig's list equivalent bazos.sk (link with pics), but yeah no response.
I'd also sell it for 40€.
Gotta stick with my imo 1.1 a bit further... the cable is killing me. The piramid shaped sides aren't welcome either. lol
FUCK NO, the mouse wobbles and the shape is really awkward. Zowie EC 1/2a, Zowie FK 1/2, Kana v2, g400(s if he really can't find the old version) and CM Storm Alcor are mice I personally like and recommend.
Edit: Mionix Castor also looks really good, just released.
The mouse tilts from side to side as you place any pressure on the left or right buttons, it's just not stable. The g303 has two additional feet on the base at each side of the center to fix the problem. Even if that was fixed on the g302 as well, the biggest problem is the shape. Most people who've tried it, really don't like it.
It's not helping tough, I've tried that with my Razer Abyssus before I sold it and it changed nothing. But I used transparent tape and it visited my mind just now that maybe I should have used colored tape.
You need to block the light from passing through so coloured tape is the way to go. Clear tape works, but you'd have to layer multiple strips and it's less optimal - the surface of the tape gets dirty..
The kana v2 still has high LOD but with the tape trick you can get it fairly low - and without malfunction, just needs some trial and error with the placement of the tape. I just got used to the lod and like it as it is .
I have an avior 7000 which I hardly ever use, mainly due to the weight and shape. The sensor is great but I can't personally say it's any better than any of the other 3310 mice on the market. The new one they just released though is smaller in all areas and weighs less, I might pick one up myself to try. I have to say the build quality on the avior 7000 is without a doubt the best I've seen, it's like a tank.
