I submit that Conan the Barbarian has possibly the greatest soundtrack to a movie ever.

Funeral Pyre is void of a theme, but its texture... like the soundtrack... is sublime. Btw, did I ever mention the word "sublime" is faggotry manifested? Well it is... but moving forward...

He also did The Dark Knight Rises where the soundtrack was constantly pounding my eardrums for 95% of the entire movie. I recall only two scenes of silence/relief. A soundtrack should enhanced a movie, and it doesn't need to do that by being constantly played. There's nothing wrong with scenes with silent, background noise, or dialogue only.

I checked it expecting some retarded shit (as most things turn out to be that are announced as "best ever"), but it was actually more or less "normal".

As for best movie soundtrack? Not even close (imo). But music taste (as a lot of things) is so subjective it's pointless even discussing it.

But Blade Runner... is fucking EPIC! Love the movie and the soundtrack.

I've had the crazy super cool version of the soundtrack for ages... the one that has the music where he pushes his thumbs into the eyes of his god.
