i changed them all into default still the same "dithering" . in window mode its just fine, and 120-160hz works, but as soon as i go fullscreen it locks hz at 60 and the dithering comes aswell. :/ cant get my head around this
in console: r_mode 9; r_displayrefresh "ur hz"; vid_restart
if u made custom resolution/refresh rate in ur nvidia driver should work fine.i can go up to 147hz on r_mode 9
ofcourse , on r_mode 12 that i use now im using 135hz np, when i put r_mode 9 my r_displayrefresh is still 135 but the screen only runs on 60hz ! changing it doesnt make a difference. but if i go ql window mode i can run 160hz fine on 800x600 set as native resolution, but as soon as i alt+enter into game again, it locks the screen into 60hz and adds this shitty gridlike graphics. So wierd.
sorry i read bad i thought it was a texture filter problem. THe grid effect you are having is indeed very strange. it might have something to do with your graphic driver or the awesomium.exe software idsoftware used to code the new browser, or even both.
You might want to try to put your desktop reolsution and refresh to the desired one and launch QL in windowed 800x600 mode to try and see if the error persist.
the dithering was caused by using too high value of hz somehow. it appeared that even thou windows accepted 160hz , quakelive did not. So i just had to make a new custom resolution with 150 hz and that quakelive accepted, and the dithering was gone aswell.
