i see now that there are a lot of chances for spawn frags that i dont follow up on, such as them spawning at rl and me not rjing up for the kill, instead trying lg damage from below then retreating dow mh hall. lots of these little situations keep the game closer than it needs to be.

apart from a few technical things which come with practice, one thing I noticed was you didn't take full advantage of your opponents timing weakness. he left red up quite a bit and you stumbled upon this once or twice. maybe take greater care is adapting to your opponents traits. I'm an awful duel player but this is just something I noticed.
