About your video, you can actually do all that in Wolfcam. Just launch Wolfcam, open the console and type /devmap toxicity.
Of course there will be some gameplay differences (double jumps, rocket jumps etc) but it should be pretty close.
You do need the QL files and maps so you either need to still have them or to be able to download them somehow.
