I bet on a draw. Real Madrid have lost 0-2 this weekend, and AEK have a strong team. Still I think Real are the favourites, but I don't want to put my money on a bet with 1.2:1 since this won't bring me far in the betting contest :)

nah AEK inst good , Real madrid played without his best line up (Figo, Raul, Makelele resting ) and got 2-0 easy in the 1st half after that Real Madrid played vs relaxed and ended the game with 30% of the line-up. AEK never gave up and tied 2-2 , they deserved it.

I hate this matches cause Real Madrid play without his best team very relaxed and thinking his opponent is shit , sometimes they win 4-0 but today they deserver to lost :P

Football is the world game, it's the national sport of most countries on this planet and the final of the World Cup is watched by billions of people. The NFL is a competition only participated in by US citizens that holds little interest to those outside North America.

Actually it's a completely fair comparison. I, and most other North American readers, give less than two shits about Champions League Soccer.

This is the type of response i see from Americans on this site all the time, believing that because they aren't interested in something it has no value. My point was that almost every country in the world follows football, yet only North Americans take much interest in the NFL.

Population of the US and Canada: approx. 300 million
Population of the rest of the world: approx. 6 billion

Now if billions are interested in a sport rather than millions, doesn't it have a right to more coverage? You have to recognise that this site can be accessed by anyone in the world who has internet access, not just Americans and Europeans; therefore, as football is by far the most popular sport in the world, it is a certainty that the majority of visitors to this site will be more keen on football than the NFL.
