The reason why people are getting fat is because of GMO crap food. That stuff is poison and it destroys your metabolism.
In Italy people eat three times a day starting with a full breakfast, a lunch that consists of an appetizer, main dish and a desert, same with dinner, also some eating in between. You rarely see fat people let alone someone as fat as the people in USA and Mexico.
The standard Italy is also higher than in Mexico so you cant use the excuse that they are eating more.
MONSANTO tried hard to push their poison into the European market, thankfully it didn't work. But its still hard to escape GMO food. Some GMO components are in the big markets, then you have the plastic packaging that releases chemicals.
Best bet is get yourself some land, make a garden and start planting.
But West-Europeans benefitted a lot from their African colonies and left the whole continent f*cked. So while distributing wealth might be difficult, there is still a debt.
It's not the GMO food (though not a fan of that), it's the SUGAR & FAT they overdose our "food" with today. (And the salt, but I suppose that doesn"t make us fatter.)
It's almost impossible to buy "healthy" food these days, or you have to go directly to the farmer.
Well, to be honest the amount of seemingly overweight people in the "North American League of Legends Championship Series" is higher than in the EU LCS. But there are quite some fluffy players in China's, South East Asia's and Korea's top tier LoL teams too. And on the other hand we have people like Brian 'TheOddOne' Wyllie and Ainslie 'frommaplestreet' Wyllie in the NA LCS too who are the exact opposite of "fat".
lol @ blaming food michael phelps eats fast food and has the worlds fastest metabolism. This is one time you can blame games for something, kids are getting into games at earlier ages and not doing as many outdoor activities.

Well he does train with high intensity for hours a day, he needs thousands of extra calories just to maintain the mass he's built up. If he ate those extra thousands of calories and sat around being a sedentary motherfucker then he'd get very very fat quick.
The problem is eating too much and doing too little physical activity, simple as that.
Very very true. People would rather ingest some quick fix diet pill and go on an all you can eat celery diet than simply make logical sensible food choices everyday. Drink water instead of coke, instead of eating french fries eat a baked potato, instead of eating pizza eat a wholemeal chicken + 2 veg sandwich with ketchup.
I never really understood diet foods. I think it's a big reason why, at least the US, we're so fucked up health wise. I mean, if you drink that much of say beer to be worried about how many calories it has, I think you got bigger issues. Fuck moderation, instead gimme that soda laced with shit engineered and more poisonous than the regular amount of calories could ever be. But hey it says diet on the label, has to be healthy right?
I personally don't know anyone that's skinny or in really good shape that consume diet foods. It's always fat people I see eating/drinking that shit. Hmm.
With diet foods, yes they could be low in fat or low in sugar. But, here's the kicker. They're going to have to find a way of flavouring whatever they're trying to make diet so people will actually eat/drink it which usually involves a whole load of artificial going into it which means shit that no human being should ever in their lifetime be putting into their bodies. It's sad how food and drinks corporations can get away with this crime against humanity, it's literally killing people.
My advice is to stick to the basics, fruit vegetables water lean cuts of meat. People try to over complicate things when really it's not that hard to make the right choices, you just have to use some common sense.
Fast food has a lot of calories while providing little energy and it's purposely made to be addicting. A mcdonalds lunch has all the calories one should eat in the whole day, but leaving people hungry and thirsty and they will come back for more the following day. The whole idea is making people not being able to use their common sense in what to eat and what to drink, can't moderate without the proper data. The same applies to coke and others.
Health matters too. There's unhealthy thin people and crappy food and beverages take their toll to everyone on the long run. What happens is they rarely kill via a directly linked condition, like lets say diabetes or specific types of cancer, but the whole body is experiencing new issues that shouldn't happen with good nutrition, or rather by not eating stuff that straight up harms its entirety. Junk food truly is a silent killer, that makes some people fat and others not.

Not quite true in terms of cals. At least in the UK. McDonalds has a vast variety of options on the menu from healthy wraps, salads to yeah junk food.
Its what you choose and what volume that matters, even the worse case scenario of eating a large burger, large fries, coke is no more than 1500 calories, the average intake for a guy is about 2000 calories.
This might be different in the USA with the truly fat fucker portions.
I will agree they put something in to make you feel addicted and hungry shortly after though. I can still recall the first burger I ever had there.
Replace full fat drinks with diet ones, order small fries instead of a large, those two things will cut out half the cals and you can still get your fix if you're that way inclined.
Salt intake seems to be really high at mcdonalds though. A big mac on its own at 490 cals is around half your daily intake just for the burger.
The biggest problem is people get hungry again shortly after eating there.
McDonalds has become garbage. The burgers are smaller, the chips soggier (At least from my experience), more pricey.
If I want to eat true crap, I won't settle for a Mcdonalds anymore, I'll go the full way and order a delicious pizza or a huge steak etc.
Out of all the major fast food chains, I actually prefer Burger King now over kfc and Mcdonalds. Burgers taste like burgers, they're typically bigger and their chips are a lot nicer as well. I'll happily pay a little more for full fatty, full tasty goodness.
nah, maybe I didn't word it correctly. A huge steak which yes once in a while does no harm and actually is extremely beneficial for iron/vitamin b12 but putting on some full fatty sauce and chips etc can be unhealthy :D that's what I meant.

The main problem is getting the correct heat for the duration of the fry all depending on the thickness of the stake. (finding the correct timing, its like timing RA, mega, 2 YAs, plus rail and lg, woooop woooooop)
... preheat pan and oil,
... drop it like its hot (note, meat must be at room temperature, before frying)
... fry it, depending on the thickness cca. 3 -4 min
... the important part after its done, salt it, then leave it on the cutting board for 2min
... then take the knife and sink into the crust and then juicy world of tasty juicyness.
You do not need a side dish, especialy salad with vinegar as vinegar will overpower your tastebuds.
