As thrilling as this teaser is, it would be hard to show to friends that aren't into Quake already. Although interesting and well done, he zooms and and slow motion emphasizes the graphical flaws and imperfections of the game. I somewhat hope a bit of work will be put into giving it a more sexy and clean look in the finale version of the movie.

That set aside; I'm really looking forward to the full video. The retouched version of Memorial 2 is by far my favourite fragmovie in years. I hope this one will bring the goosebumps once again :>

1) I liked previous two memorial very much. but for me there was a bit too much of 3d person view.
2) Maybe try 60fps this time? or this is hard to do because ot live footage parts?
3) Frag messages, name of the pov, would be great to have this in the corners

2) this time i also render in 60fps, but it will look strange cuz of the event footage. but u can decide on your own (30/60)
3) ofc there is the "vs" variation for the left corner in the full release, like in m2. i just find it unnecessary for a trailer.

here's a thing I would like to see from this video that wasn't in the previous two. instead of creating a tag on the bottom left of the screen for the match up (player X vs player Y) and turning off the frag msg, have a tag for the player fragging his opponent but keep the frag msg so we can see who the opponent was. but besides that, everything else looks very promising. Just finished watching mem2extended like 9,0000000000000000000000000000 times.

well u dont need to remember all the frags. i always set the "fragger" in the first place and the "fragged" in the second one.
i realize that it is for the first view a bit stressful, but i dont have other options to make it ;o.

the quakecon 2013 stuff belongs to the faceit production who brings out there movie sooner or later. i want to let the stuff untouched because of originality.

nonetheless there are many sick stuff already in the video, so it doesnt hurt so much.

edit: and when you see the runtime of M3 you would be happy that i dont use the QC13 stuff ;D
