This is a pretty poor fragvid.

It feels like the maker wanted to make the poor frags even worse with all those skins and graphical changes.

oh come on. The textures were great, the fx were superb. If 2/10 of a fragmovie is reserved for "looks like the maker put no effort into visuals", something's wrong :p

It looks like he has put down a lot of effort in the visuals but it looks like all that effort was put in order to make the movie less enjoyable.

Why do you find it less enjoyable that the game looks more aesthetically pleasing? I don't play quake with any visuals, but when I watch a movie I want it to look nice. Opinion I guess.

Opinion, yes. Also, I rate movies based on my experience and I think of TC2 as a 10/10.

5/10 means good effort/result and 1/10 would be terrible. This movie is imo a bad aptempt for a frag movie.

I agree on TC2, that along with kleftogiannis. In fairness to produce a fragmovie of medium rating requires much more than medium work, and it seems odd to me that you complain about more effort (in customizing aesthetics) as being a negative. But I guess what is really important is the flow of the video, and that was imo very weak in this.
