thought that adobe just gives it away for free to those people who have a purchased key anyway. but actually they give a serial to us on their own! good guys! :D

that was the initial thought but someone screwed up in adobe and made it public. since all 'serious' IT portals were breaking out the news they decided to keep it as it is. so basically if u didn't buy the softwer you shouldn't dl it but on the other hand no one will stop you either.

Yes, apparently their CS2 authentication servers were shut down so they just decided to make it free for everyone instead of setting up new servers

Its not free: adobe just shut down cs2 activation servers so they provide this solution for users who already purchased cs2 and want to use it after reinstall etc. So If you don't purchased cs2 - you don't have any rights to use this software

Interesting. Was hard to believe Adobe of all companies would do something like this. Bunch of crying bitches, making millions off of corporate and academic contracts and they whine about piracy. Yeah, piracy is really the reason Photoshop costs the better part of a grand.
