You should write a new post, with rules and signup list in hide tags, starting date, and overall better text format. I could help you with that. Maybe it could get majored and the event would be listed under the upcoming events menu..

imo its unfair to make ppl sign up again... maybe just respect the original sign ups and limit to 16 players if you want.

Some people already couldn't make it in time... or could only play for a few hours... Some are not sure yet...

There has to be a list of players who are 100% sure they will play, otherwise it will be too chaotic.

there definitely should be some replacement players when somebody doesnt show up though

Ok, a compromise.
Max is out for this contest, nothing will change that, but he can participate in the next one. I will start with a clean slate with max and hope we can work things out...
I will organize and sponsor this more often, if this one is a success and 16 people sign up.
Hope you guys can live with these terms... I have nothing to gain with tournament and I strongly believe this tournament will be more exciting for everyone this way. My plan is to organize a tournament more often and have more people play the map and get better at it.
So it's up to you people if this tournament will happen. If these terms are not acceptable for the majority, well then I guess it's off.

because I can understand his side (he doesn’t want to give money to maximzr), was thinking the same, to find someone to beat him. The first who came in my mind was k1llsen.

Not inviting the best players because they might win is ... well I don't fucking know what it is to be honest.

maybe next time we could make 2 groups of players - divided by their skill? I doubt it would be interesting to watch a game where somebody win 50-0 on this map. I know maximizr loves when spectators spect him when he rapes some noob 53- –6 ... but isn't it boring?

Perhaps there is still a time for create 2 groups in this first cup?

A short while after terrance announced the tourney, I asked him "You wouldn't let maximzr play, would you?" Because I knew he was holding a grudge against him. He replied with something along the lines of "Lol, of course I would let him play". Then I invited maximzr myself. I thought the tourney wouldn't be the same without him. I still feel the same way.

I sense that maximzr have a lot of friends in the community.

How about a DM17 G, MG and RL only tournament without prize money on the line?

maximizr is actually a skilled player but you cant tell he will win. Maybe fatality will add under a fake name :P
