Mine stopped working too. I'm on 560ti SLI with 301.24 drivers. I've tried forcing it globally and for every exe related to QLPrism and it doesn't work. I've tried every combination of settings I could think of, even FXAA. I have post processing off. I'm not sure if it's a new Nvidia driver problem or a QL problem, I could roll back my drivers and see if it helps, but I'm too lazy.

Nevermind, I had recently updated the display drivers to 296.10, and for reasons unknown this broke anti-aliasing for all games.

I rolled back the driver, and used Nvidia inspector to verify the settings I wanted since the Nvidia control panel is now broken. Guess I'll have to find an exe for the old driver version I was using.

So yeah, not a quake live issue, but I leave this info here in case it helps someone else.

Any ideas on how to get AA to work in the 296.10 drivers would be greatly appreciated. Not holding my breath :-)

what is the cvar for the antialiasing?

There isn't one in QL.

The way it's supposed to work is if you set it in your drivers it will work in QL, just not with bloom on.

If you're on FF force it to plugin-container.exe.

any more info? after last quakelive update, i guess i have no antialiasing. with 640x480 its anoying... i am with 540gtm geforece and firefox.

It wouldn't work for any game anywhere at all ever with any setting that I used and I tried many of them.

Works, but not with bloom

I don't use bloom as stated in the first post.

I made sure none of the bloom cvars were on, and I tried many combinations of post process, ignorehwgamma, color correct, and many others. Anything that _might_ produce a 'pass' that would cancel out or override my anti-alias settings in order to diagnose the problem. Nothing worked.
