- nEu gets 4th place
- play and xt share points for 1st/2nd place (no match)
- nEu will play a qualifier before AMC Finals vs aCt

So you will see Dis and vor in action tonight at 21cest for div 2 final and then on sunday at 16CEST for the ESL AMC Finals Cup!

why no div1 finals?

Problems scheduling matches before the final cup on sunday.

If I find a better solution than the one I posted before, I will tell you.

these tdm games fucking rock, i've loved the 2 days of TDM. and cant wait for Sunday!

div1 is a total mess. We were sure we already qualified after 2 cups, where we both finished 3rd. There were like 6-7 factors which had to happen at the same time to put us in a dropout place.
Which magically happened.
- I don't even mention last cup's circumstances
- ESL crashed, so we had to skip cup#3 because of the rescheduled date
- Sitto xt nEu had to reach top4 and they shouldn't meet eachothers in previous rounds, and so on
- nEu has to beat Play and xt in the final to put us in a dropout place


So I ask these teams, can they play their matches before sunday? I would like to know if we have to play a whole day tournament on sunday or not, because I have other things to do on sunday, which I have to reschedule soon if we play...

I'm really sorry for you, dash, but I can assure you there was not "magic" involved (if you think any of it happened on purpose).
As I told you before, nEu and play couldn't find a date to play the semi final so we had to come up with something else.
As play is already qualified we could have an AMC #4 final, nEu vs XT if those teams can make it. Doesn't change anything for XT though, only for nEu and you if nEu win that. So it's either that or a qualifier match between aCt and nEu. With that in mind, it's the fairest solution to let you play vs nEu and may the best team qualify for the finals. So please, buck up, play the qualifier and then hf gl to the finalists on sunday. :)

Of course, you can talk to dibbe and see if you can play the qualifier earlier than sunday afternoon if you want to make any plans for the weekend. Or you can noshow or ask nEu if they default as you played more active than they did, and it's the activity matters cup.

Why on earth would I think any of it happened on purpose (I meant bad luck, under magic)? In my opinion the fairest solution would be if nEu would play both Play and xt. By the current state of the points distribution we are still 4 places above dropout position. Tbh I don't care, I'll play nEu if it's the case, just makes no sense for me. If there are rules, I like to stick to them. In football, or any other sports if a team's destiny depends on team B vs C's match outcome, they won't get the chance to change it. This whole qualifier thing lost it's genuine, since cups haven't finished in time, and ppl can play for more than one team. I hope next time it will be more strict. Anyway I just want to know these teams opinion before saturday afternoon.

I highlighted in the rankings the teams that told me they will definitely attend the final cup and those who will most likely not be able to attend. Just as an indicator for you, dash. I think your team should definitely be ready for the final cup! Thanks!

how is going to be the seadings made for the finals? By points or random?

Seedings will be made from the points. The cup is double elimination so please no whine. Everyone has a fair chance to prove they deserve 1st place. :)
