That's really great Phil. Just a small thing. I noticed that the sound is a bit off, otherwise a cool thing for the QW community. Thx for all your effort.

Does anyone know of audio and/or video delay software? There is some audio delay (less than one second I think) introduced by some of the audio hardware. I have full VAC but don't know if it can "undelay" the sound, otherwise my other option would be to somehow delay the video to synchronize it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Phil this is the coolest shit I've seen in quite sometime. This is like a hundred times better than when QuakeCon 2010 or something had happened and QL.TV streamed matches that were never live and just left a demo playlist going.

I actually tuned in the other day and was surprised about the quality of the stream after all. Will be very nice to have during the QW super sundays. ;)

There's still some work to be done to make it more stable and some bugs to fix.

Anyway, I can't take any of the credit. I'm simply gluing together the efforts of so many others who have worked a long time developing for quakeworld. The ezquake devs (as well as the fte, fuhquake, and other devs I don't know who ezquake added from) that create a sweet client with nice eyecandy, the nquake package which includes high res stuff, the qtv devs who made qtv which is just awesome, graphics makers, map makers, the list goes on :)

I love this, gonna be watching this for hours, im sure :)

One thing I have to say, I didnt try it with my desktop which tends to buffer everything a lot better, but my laptop was really just unwatchable. Not sure if it's me or stuttering for everyone...

Works on my laptop at work just fine. (Which is actually a bad thing, hehe)

Your laptop may be missing a minimum of 2-3 mb download speed and/or some minimal CPU/RAM horsepower.

As for a follow button, I actually thought about coding that, but right now I don't see much reason/return on investment, versus the autotracking which is already pretty good. You have to remember its a public stream, so maybe not everyone would want to watch the same POV as you are, and autotrack is probably the best way to have a tiebreak here.
