I get steady 125 on windowed, it just ran normal but out of nowhere puff qlive turned emo :)

what specs u have on ur pc? try turning post process in the advanced video settings off. and check ur game resolution

Because you only gain stuff if you run on high res/high textures :< and I think he means that it doesn't work as well as it should although it could also be a reference because they are two of the same ~LOL~~~~

Gains are random (when it's not a loss), there are plenty of bugs and whatnot and it creates constant micro-stuttering (that not everyone can feel) because of the way it works (unless you use SFR mode but it's old and not supported anymore so it may be even worse and it requires v-sync to be ON anyway)

just reset settings and get a brand new cfg

Try changing your resolution. Remove r_customaspect from cfg.
