Did you disable the other features (Lagometer, FPS, Pickups, Team-Overview etc.) trough ingame cvars, or did you just not include them into your HUD? If it's the last then it's a bad idea and you should atleast position them in the HUD and then turn them off trough your config.

Apart from that, the lower part is quite nicely done, but you perhaps should replace the Score-Part with the Box-Version in one of the corners (search for the id Simple HUD in QL and copy paste the scores-section into your own HUD, then align it to where you want it to be), as then you get even more free screenspace.
