seeing the reaction on this weeks IEM final, dismemberment and dm13 prly won't be in the next Qcon pool (as id decides what is played)

so that leaves a base pool of:
ztn, t7, aerowalk

+2 or 4 maps out of:
battleforged, t9, dm6, hektik, concrete palace, t4

I'd prefer anything but hektik personally, and for speccing I'd love to see t4 in

Old one was 100x better. More stressy and to keep control and you had to actually think what you do when now you can just run and take all items. Which is boring.

urgent i wouldnt say, but theres a need imo. if thebeard isnt streaming (which he doesnt seem to do anymore, believe this is the 4th week in a row hes missing,) u are usually stuck with either russian streams or silent ones.

why do u think lvl^ shouldnt cover zotacs? besides Trance, Disrepute and vor_ they arent rly any better than these average streams :I

How many did he even stream?

Zotac was never really streamed by lvl^ it was by forecast at holysh1t mainly, we just did the odd one or the finals. There are many streaming options though and although we might be able to bring "better" casters or quality to the party its still splitting the viewers up in 5 different directions for what is a small online cup.

3-4? dont rly remember actually. but the thing is: when there are 3-5 streams avaible there are (usually) 2-3 russian and 1-2 silent streams. could i watch with my settings and being able to switch on my command i would be happy with silent streams.

i dont rly give a fuck if there are 5 streams avaible, might aswell be 0 when they are all semi-shit or pure shit :I

I think we do stream/cover A LOT over here at lvl^. Thing is, 90% of the time for Zotacs we won't be able to have it casted so it will be just another silent stream which is pointless.

We also need a breather now and then, don't we? :)

Nah it was us for a while, but then most of the streams we were doing were silent and no different to the others. So we made the hard decision to limit our streams to commentary only (as much as possible) when there are others already doing the same thing.

+ our only duel commentator is Ischju (beside the invited commentators) and he's not always around. :)

you used to stream a lot, at least when it comes to duel. nowdays, if its not tdm, you prolly wont stream (online).

There's an english speaking stream up... Not to mention when lvl^ stopped streaming zotacs, thebeard had started streaming them so there were already several streams, russian, english, or otherwise. There was really no need, and still isn't. 2 russian, one silent, and one english. That's plenty.

Love your consistancy Slowbi <3.

Could you perhaps get a caster to cast the games though? I personally cba to watch any stream without some casting and I'm sure many can't either. Should be easy to find someone to cast, it doesn't have to be some semi-pro player or someone well known, just someone with some love for the game, bearable english and basic quake knowledge.

Perhaps you can make a thread here on ESR asking if anyone is willing to cast. Who knows, we might even up finding some awesome casters. Please consider it!
