At this year's gamescom, Bas "basZ" Peeperkorn, general manager of the Dutch-based clan Serious Gaming, gave an interview to the upcoming manager-focused project The Rocketjumper. In the 23-minute-long talk, he provides information on his clan's strategy and future website plans, shares his opinion about the esports potential of Quake Live and StarCraft 2, and also explains why Counter-Strike and CS: Source are both uninteresting for srs.
Never saw a lot from Bas, just pictures, but this guy is awesome. He knows his stuff. Focus on the players, ignore the CEO bullshit, have a small team, pay close attention to budget.
