On Sunday, the Electronic Sports League will run the Beta Launch Cup. Everybody who owns the beta and is able to play with Europeans is allowed to join. The sign-ups will be open until 12:00 GMT, 28 February 2010. You've to confirm your sign up between 13:00 BST and 14:00 BST.
