I just like 90s minimal(rob hood, jeff mills, basic channel, surgeon etc etc) over whats called minimal now, and the scene is horrid, bunch of posers, reminds me more of the cheese club/trance scene than the techno of old

there's still a lot of that type of minimal around: regis, function, silent servant, horizontal ground 12"s. ben klock ain't half bad either.

there's a lot of new techno that's good, and just like the good old days, you just have to sort through the shit to find the gems. it's just that techno is larger than before so there's more shit standing in your way.

Ah great, i've started with vynils 2 years ago, sl1200's + ecler evo 4, but recently switched to traktor scratch because i was bored of buying 200� of vynils each month :D

No I use a bcd 3000, its quite old already but it does the job :) I'm currently saving up for 2 cdj 1000 mk3s and a djm400 mixer (long way to go...) but Traktor Scratch is not supposed to be as good as Serato (at least that's what you read everywhere..)
