well it's new and shiny, and hyped. so I know a lot of people who are going to get it just for that reason.

it usually is like this, everybody uses something and then something new comes along and everyone migrates. I remember when icq got abandoned for msn, or when facebook became mandatory.

facebook isn't mandatory. i don't think anyone would give a shit if you disabled your account.

of course it isn't literally mandatory, but it's where everyone I know post updates on their lives and doings. so if you care somewhat about them it's good to have an account.

People will pretend it's nothing and won't catch on at first, but it looks like it will genuinely be a good way to communicate (Better than all the im's and e-mail services for just communicating with mates/etc).

It's a good way to collaborate, but how many of your online friends do you seriously need to work on ~documents~ with in real time?

If that were the case, we would have been using Lotus Notes years ago, but that shit has stayed within the realms of IBM. Could be wrong though; Notes wasn't free.

maybe we don't need, or want to, communicate in such a way since wave is such a new concept? in a few years it might be the standard way of communicating over the tubes.

This was actually going to be a pity-tale about how we had to endure dude with uncooked nudles when you got strawberry-girl.. but yumyum fucking rocks! :D No regrets!

i always buy nudles when i see some i haven't tried before.. found some really great ones that way. the problem is that by the time you figure out how awesome they are; for instance, home from a trip; you don't have the option of going out and buying more!! hehehe
