why would you want to CLICK when watching a demo ?

btw, heres a solution:

- make a copy of your cfg and rename it; demo.cfg
- add this line to your original cfg; bind F5 "exec demo.cfg"
- remove all your binds in the demo.cfg

what it does:
LEFTARROW = reduce speed
RIGTARROW = increase speed
DOWNARROW = pause
UPARROW = play / normal speed

Push F5 when watching a demo. Problem solved.

Wouldn't that require the Seismovision demo player to be installed? And also executed before watching the demo?

Quake Live isn't even in the list of supported games of Seismovision, so I don't get it, how is this supposed to work?

you just need to add those lines to your .cfg file. When watching a demo, execute the .cfg. That's it.

I got confused by the mention of seismovision. Good to know there is a cl_freezedemo command in QL, that comes in handy.

I rename demo-files to a simple form (for example 'av3k_vs_Spart1e_ztntourney1_2009blablabla...' to 'as1') and type its in console.

would be pretty easy to write a firefox extension to list all the demos in the website.. but is it worth spending time on? id might put it in the next update, who knows ? (besides SyncError ;))

I thought there were some missing files or corrupted until I take a close look at it... ah, just need to rename the part 2 rar files to fully extract... it's working properly... no broken data...
