the "problem" is, that we are capable of expending the average livespan (also child mortality rates go down) further and further.

It's to an idealistic way to look at it. For the poor, having children is giving the family extra security. In many poor families, children are the major bread winners. The lack of proper education and health amplifies this as there is not always access to contraceptives. With poor health conditions children are often bound to work when their parent(s) are unable to do so. It's a social trap that is impossible to change overnight.

i believe diseases/nature etc evolves too, diseases will come, evolve beyond our immune systems and wipe out as much as is needed

Shit hope he invented his own fishing rod and build his own boat. But selling fish! But then, by selling fish others can work in the cities and feed their abundant children with the catch of the day special.
