We have a similar series of documentaries called Reportage Without Frontiers here, it's rather thought provoking and it's a shame they don't offer subtitled versions. There was a moving episode back in the day where they were interviewing Gulf veterans, man were these people treated like shit by their country.

Conspiracy theories! Another claims he was drugged by his disciples - think there's mention of them putting a cloth to his mouth - I'm no scholar :p

There's a fair emphasis on the wording - resuscitation over resurrection, which aint quite so miraculous - though more plausible.

It goes into how the Gospels differ on what actually happened during his crucifiction. The relativly short time he spent being crucified before they pronounced him dead (9 hours tops, usually several days - apparantly you suffocate through the pressure on your chest). Plus bits being added 300 years later such as the Ascension.

Then it talks about the time there's no mention of his life from ages 12 to 29, conveniantly the time you train as a Buddhist (think it was Buddhist , definatly to the east - was a late night watching on BBC4 so bear with me :x ). He was on the edges of the Roman Empire so traveling East to escape them seems plausable - especially if he's already been there during his youth (3 wise men?)
