eSportsPress.com, the most comprehensive eSports news aggregator, has today released version 1.5 of its website.

Although there are no design changes, the simplistic site has increased the amount of websites it pulls news feeds from, as well as adding support for 10 languages, and a ranking system to show the most active users.

FNATIC PLAY just updated their website with more information about their 5v5 ClanArena tournament this weekend

With the weekend fast approaching, we here at FNATIC PLAY are happy to release more details about our upcoming, $700 prize pot, Quake Live, Clan Arena Cup.

Firstly, we would like to announce that the signups for the one day event will be closing at 21:00CET on Saturday evening. Any teams without 5 of their roster by then will not be able to compete come Sunday. In addition to closing signups on Saturday evening, we will be announcing the Brackets shortly after, so be sure to check on the night, so you’re aware who your first match is against.

Secondly, it has been decided that we will be using the same ruleset as the recently announced, ESL 5on5 ClanArena cup, as to prevent causing a split in the community. To refresh your memory of the rules, take a read here.

Thirdly, on Sunday, it has been decided the tournament will begin at 15:00CET. So could all team captains please be in #fnatic.play by 14:45CET.

Lastly and by no means least, we are very proud to announce that Quake-Live.tv will be on hand all day long to offer exclusive streams of the tournament, embedded in fnatic.play.com as well as high definition VODS to be uploaded after the event.

As part of a new set of projects, Team fnaticMSI have launched play.fnatic.com.

PLAY is a new concept that FNATIC have been working on alongside BESTPOKER.com in order to provide further competition and fun cups for games alongside the regular leagues and tournaments. The aim is to run Sunday Cups throughout the month in varied games, game modes and rule sets each with prized provided by the guys at Bestpoker.com.
